Unlike Emotional Intelligence (EQ), which focuses on internal awareness and regulation, RQ governs how trust is formed, how relationships are maintained over time, and how human connection is felt in practice. High RQ enables individuals and organizations to create continuity, loyalty, and meaning across personal, professional, and communal relationships.
